Walter W. Noss

BIO:

Mr. Noss has served as the managing partner for the Firm’s San Diego office since 2011 and practices complex federal litigation with an emphasis on prosecuting antitrust actions on both a class-wide and individual, opt-out basis. While his practice area has focused on cases involving financial markets, he has litigated cases across a broad range of markets from commodity products to pharmaceuticals to labor.

Prior to joining Scott+Scott in April 2004, he was an associate in the Cleveland, Ohio office of Jones Day. In his spare time, Mr. Noss enjoys sailing his boat in the Pacific Ocean off the southern California and Mexico coastlines.
