Andrew Stanko is an associate in the firm’s New York office, specializing in consumer and class action litigation in both federal and state courts.
HIGHLIGHTS
While at St. John’s University School of Law, Mr. Stanko served as Notes and Comments Editor for the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development and was a Real Estate Fellow with the Mattone Institute for Real Estate Law. Andrew authored articles on antitrust law and economic policy, and he was part of the initial management team for a venture-backed sports technology startup.
Before joining Scott+Scott, Andrew managed labor law cases from inception to resolution. Previously, he was a Commercial and White Collar Litigation Associate at an international law firm, where he worked on matters including cryptocurrency and securities fraud, criminal antitrust investigations, and complex commercial disputes. Andrew also served as a clerk for Justice Thomas Saylor of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and interned with the Economic Crimes and Civil Rights divisions at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eatern District of Pennsylvania.
Outside of the office, Andrew is a marathon runner and enjoys exploring NYC.
