PT+ is a highly effective computer-based system developed by the Firm to facilitate the complex litigation monitoring and evaluation services required by institutional clients. The system acts as an electronic portfolio watchdog, automatically tracking every securities transaction and creating triggers when a client fund is potentially impacted by fraud or corporate mismanagement. Our in-house team of financial, data and legal experts then run scenarios to develop in-depth reports and calculate the potential losses or damages our clients might have suffered. While many monitoring services simply alert the client to potential damages, our team of experts conducts a complete analysis and presents our client a recommendation based on an honest and educated estimation of the expected ROI of litigation.
