Bio
Angelique “Angel” Korer is a staff attorney who focuses on Corporate Governance and Shareholder Rights.
Prior to joining Scott+Scott, Ms. Korer worked as a document review attorney holding a leadership role at her prior company where she shared the responsibilities of overseeing quality assurance processes and team management. Ms. Korer has also worked on consumer arbitrations and as a contract attorney conducting research and writing on various topics.
