CAMERON CANO

BIO:

Mr. Cano is a trial lawyer that believes that his client’s success depends on his skill in the courtroom.  Having tried a wide range of cases, Mr. Cano’s experience stretches back to his first day as a licensed attorney when he tried his first jury trial.  Mr. Cano began his career at a national defense firm before joining Scott+Scott.  He now utilizes this background to help hundreds of clients who have been seriously injured.

Mr. Cano graduated cum laude from Baylor University School of Law with a Special Distinction in Litigation.  At Baylor, he was named to the Dean’s List on several occasions and excelled in the school’s renowned advocacy program, winning multiple awards at eight national competitions.  Before law school, he was a flanker for the University of Texas Rugby Team.

In his community, Mr. Cano volunteers as a Local Representative for the Texas Lawyer’s Assistance Program to assist legal professionals struggling with mental health and addiction issues.  When not practicing law, Cameron loves spending time with his wife and their miniature schnauzer, Snack, and occasionally escapes to Big Bend National Park to pretend he is more rugged than he actually is.
