Ruth Manson


BIO:

Ms. Manson is an associate in the Firm’s London office specialising in competition damages litigation. She has also worked with Scott+Scott’s Amsterdam office regarding claims being brought by a number of multinational corporations in relation to the Trucks cartel.

Ms. Manson specialises in competition damages litigation but has worked on a variety of commercial disputes in the English High Court representing corporations from industries such as the transport and financial sectors.

Prior to joining Scott+Scott, Ms. Manson completed her traineeship at a major UK law firm in London. During her traineeship, she worked on a number of large-scale litigations including a multi-million pound breach of contract claim and acted on behalf of a Part 20 Defendant in the on-going Air Cargo cartel litigation.
