POWER SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONA - Class Period Stock Chart

On November 6, 2025, Power Solutions released its third quarter 2025 financial results, revealing “the Company anticipates … sales growth of 45% for 2025 compared to 2024” despite seeing sales growth of 62% in the third quarter and 74% in the second quarter.

The complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and/or misleading statements, as well as failed to disclose material adverse facts about the Company’s business, operations, and prospects. Specifically, Defendants failed to disclose to investors: (1) the Company overstated its ability to capture sales demand for its power systems solutions, particularly within the data center market; (2) the Company understated the impact of its enhancements to manufacturing capacity to meet demand within the data center market, including the expected costs and the nature of the related “inefficiencies”; and (3) that, as a result of the foregoing, Defendants’ positive statements about the Company’s business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis.
