Our firm wants to ensure you are fully satisfied, and Scott+Scott will do everything it can to provide you with the best possible service. If despite our best efforts you have a complaint for whatever reason, we will take that very serious. The following is what you can do.
If you are dissatisfied with the formation and implementation of our contract for services, the quality of our services or with the amount of our invoice, we kindly request that you first submit your objections to the Scott+Scott partner that is handling your case.
Alternatively, you can also formally lodge a complaint. You can do so by contacting Damiën Berkhout, the partner in charge of the internal complaints procedure: firstname.lastname@example.org. He will provide you with the internal complaints procedure at your first request, and investigate the situation in compliance with our internal procedure. We will do what we can to provide you with our response and proposed actions as soon as possible.
