European collective action mechanisms and latest developments in antitrust & competition litigation will be the focus of a panel discussion with David Scott
NEW YORK / LONDON — We are pleased to announce that Managing Partner David Scott will be speaking at the Global Class Actions Symposium 2025 held by GLG Global Legal Group in London November 18 through 19.
Mr. Scott, along with Baker McKenzie Partner David Gadsden and Clifford Chance Partner Samantha Ward, will weigh in on the latest class action developments in several jurisdictions, especially in the United Kingdom and the European Union. They will also discuss how competition claims deliver access to justice for consumers as well as for companies faced with the market dominance of their larger competitors.
Mr. Scott currently represents multinational companies and hedge funds in cases involving, among other things, price-fixing in the trucks, foreign exchange, high voltage power cables, cardboard, and payment card sectors.
He has received widespread recognition for his antitrust and competition law work.
