NEW YORK — We are pleased to announce that Judge Jeffrey I. Cummings of the United States District Court of the Northern District of Illinois this week appointed Scott+Scott as Interim Co-Lead Counsel of a proposed class of direct purchasers in the antitrust class action In re Frozen Potato Products Antitrust Litigation (No. 1:24-cv-11801).
