Scott+Scott Files Investor Suit Against Fiserv

NEW YORK — Scott+Scott this week filed a shareholder class action lawsuit against digital services company Fiserv and its top executives for allegedly misguiding investors and making wrongful statements about its financial health.

As a result, Fiserv investors suffered significant financial losses. Fiserv’s dramatic stock plunge was also reported widely across legal and financial media, including by Law 360 and Yahoo! Finance.

The class action period is between July 23, 2025 and October 29, 2025, inclusive.
