Scott+Scott is investigating whether members of PayPal’s board of directors or senior management failed to manage PayPal in an acceptable manner, in breach of their fiduciary duties to PayPal, and whether PayPal and its shareholders have suffered damages as a result.
On December 23, 2024, news media reported on an investigative report that PayPal’s “Honey browser extension” steals creator revenue and scams users. Several lawsuits against PayPal have been filed on this issue.
