  • In re Cattle and Beef Antitrust Litig., No. 22-md-03031 (D. Minn.): Co-lead counsel acting for cattle ranchers to recover loss caused by meat packers’ conspiracy to suppress the price of beef cattle. Secured a $83.5 million settlement with beef producer JBS.

Current Representative Matters:

  • In re RealPage, Inc., Rental Software Antitrust Litigation, No. 3:23-md-03071 (M.D. Tenn.): Acting as co-lead counsel for renters alleging price-fixing amongst developer of AI/algorithmic pricing software and property managers in the multifamily rental housing markets; defeated Defendants’ motion to dismiss in December 2023 and have achieved multiple in principle settlements to-date.
  • In re Shale Oil Antitrust Litigation, No. 24-md-3119 (D.N.M.): Appointed as co-lead counsel after the firm investigated and filed the first complaint alleging a cartel among U.S. shale producers.
  • Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System v. Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft, et al., No. 1:23-cv-05095 (S.D.N.Y.): Alleging price-fixing conspiracy among dealers of United Kingdom government bonds (Gilt Bonds) and achieving preliminary approval of partial settlements amounting to $12 million to date.
  • In re Frozen Potato Products Antitrust Litigation, No. 1:24-cv-11801 (N.D. Ill.): Acting as co-lead counsel for direct purchasers of frozen potato products alleging that the largest processors in the United States have conspired to artificially inflate prices causing a more than 40% cost increase for purchasers since 2021.
  • Klein, et al. v. Meta Platforms, Inc., No. 3:20-cv-08570-LHK (N.D. Cal.): Co-lead counsel acting for advertisers alleging that Facebook monopolized the social advertising market and charged supracompetitive prices).
  • Sky Federal Credit Union v. Fair Isaac Corporation, No. 1:20-cv-02114 (N.D. Ill.): Lead counsel representing credit unions and banks against Fair Isaac Corporation and the three major credit bureaus alleging that Fair Isaac maintains an unlawful monopoly for its “FICO Score” in the business-to-business credit score market.
  • Powell Prescription Ctr., et al. v. Surescripts, LLC, et al, No. 1:19-cv-06627 (N.D. Ill.): Co-lead counsel for pharmacists harmed by e-prescriptions routed through Surescripts’ electronic network and securing $10 million in partial settlements to date.
  • In re PVC Pipe Antitrust Litig., No. 1:24-cv-07639 (N.D. Ill.): Challenging cartel and information exchange conduct in the PVC pipe market as co-lead counsel for indirect purchasers, and securing $3 million ice-breaker settlement, pending court approval.
