Bio

Raphael Uzan is an associate in the Firm’s New York office where his practice focuses on securities litigation and complex class actions.

Prior to joining Scott+Scott, Mr. Uzan served for two years as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Stephen W. Hamilton of the Court of Appeal of Quebec.  He also served as a judicial fellow to the Honorable Gerald Lebovits at the New York State Supreme Court.

Mr. Uzan received his J.D. in North American Common Law and his LL.B. from the Université de Montréal.

In addition to English, Mr. Uzan is fluent in French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
