Anna Park is an attorney in Scott+Scott’s San Diego office. Ms. Park’s practice focuses on complex antitrust and securities litigation, and class actions.
Before entering private practice, Ms. Park served as a Deputy Director in the Korean government for nearly a decade, where she participated in international negotiations on digital trade, privacy, cross-border data transfers, and regulatory alignment with major economies, including the United States and the European Union. Her experience shaping policy at the intersection of international trade, technology, and regulation gives her a unique perspective on global regulatory frameworks.
