
Bio
Adam Bradley is a lawyer in Scott+Scott’s London office.
Adam has particular experience in competition litigation, having acted on a range of stand-alone claims and follow-on claims arising out of European Commission decisions. He is currently acting on multiple collective proceedings brought on behalf of businesses and consumers affected by allegations of anticompetitive conduct. Adam has published on various aspects of competition litigation and the UK’s collective proceedings regime.
Adam also has a broad range of experience in other types of corporate and commercial disputes, often with a multi-jurisdictional element. This has included advising on economic tort claims, breach of contract claims, joint venture disputes, employment disputes, and issues arising out of the enforcement of arbitral awards.
Prior to joining Scott+Scott in January 2026, Adam spent over 11 years (including his legal training) at Travers Smith LLP, advising clients on complex commercial disputes and investigations mandates. In that time, he was seconded to the Madrid office of a leading Spanish law firm, served as a judicial assistant during a secondment to the Chancery Division of the High Court, and co-chaired the Associates’ Committee of the Commercial Litigators’ Forum in London.

- Advising Dr Sean Ennis in a collective action before the Competition Appeal Tribunal against Apple on behalf of UK app developers in connection with alleged anticompetitive conduct relating to Apple’s App Store.
- Advising Clare Spottiswoode CBE in a collective action before the Competition Appeal Tribunal on behalf of British domestic electricity consumers arising from the Power Cables Cartel.
Representative cases at prior firms:
- Advising a range of international clients in connection with multiple competition damages claims arising out of decisions of the European Commission in relation to trucks, automotive parts, and smart card chips.
- Acting on numerous general commercial disputes before the High Court, including for an international financial institution in its successful Commercial Court claim for financial advisory fees in connection with an offshore windfarm in the North Sea.
- Acting on high-profile claims relating to the identity of Satoshi Nakomoto, the pseudonymous inventor of Bitcoin.
