Bio
Amy Lai is an attorney at Scott+Scott focusing primarily on complex antitrust litigation.
She brings to Scott+Scott more than a decade of experience collaborating with law firms and corporate legal departments on complex commercial litigation, regulatory investigations, and compliance matters.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Lai oversaw legal teams on large-scale project engagements at a global consulting firm and a legal services provider. At the latter, she spent two years supporting the Ethics & Legal Compliance department of a multinational technology company on its internal antitrust audits.
Her experience spans matters involving technology, healthcare, financial services, and other highly regulated industries.
Ms. Lai is admitted to practice only in the District of Columbia.
