
Bio
Daniel Loud is an attorney in Scott+Scott’s New York office and focuses on complex antitrust litigation and class actions.
He has extensive experience managing discovery and dispositive briefing in antitrust matters and class actions.
Mr. Loud was the lead associate in a nationwide class action which resulted in an eight-figure settlement on behalf of thousands of aerospace engineers whose wages were suppressed by an unlawful no-poach agreement among their employers.
Prior to joining Scott+Scott, he was an associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP, where he focused on Plaintiff- and Defense-side antitrust matters and complex commercial litigation.
Outside of the office, Mr. Loud is deeply involved in volunteer work and activism. A Brooklyn native, he founded the Bay Ridge Environmental Group while at Columbia Law School and continues to serve as its President.
