BIO:
Heidi Weaver is an attorney in the Firm’s San Diego office and focuses on complex antitrust litigation and class actions.
Ms. Weaver has 10 years of private law firm experience in San Diego, including representing small and large corporations in business, labor and employment, construction defect, and municipal litigation. She also served as a judicial extern in the Fourth District of the California Court of Appeal and in the Northern District of California during law school.
Before joining Scott+Scott, Ms. Weaver held administrative positions at the University of San Diego School of Law and at California Western School of Law. Ms. Weaver is a volunteer attorney at Casa Cornelia Law Center, and she previously served on the Programs and Education Committee and the Wellness Subcommittee of the San Diego County Bar Association. Ms. Weaver also has experience as a Zumba instructor, enjoys Pilates and Les Mills Body Pump classes, is a burlesque aficionado, and loves spending time with her friends and family.
