BIO:
Ms. Anderson has worked on class action cases recovering over $9.3 billion and currently serves as co-lead counsel in Klein v. Facebook, Inc., No. 20-cv-8570 (N.D. Cal.) and In re European Government Bonds Antitrust Litig., No. 19-cv-2601 (S.D.N.Y.). She is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Section. She was a contributing author to the Antitrust Section’s Proof of Conspiracy Under Federal Antitrust Laws (2d ed.), Antitrust Discovery Handbook (2d ed.), Joint Venture Handbook (2d ed.), and the 2010 Annual Review of Antitrust Law Developments. In addition, Ms. Anderson served as an editor for Model Jury Instructions in Civil Antitrust Cases (2016 ed.) and numerous other ABA publications. Ms. Anderson also maintains an active pro bono immigration practice representing asylum seekers in bond redetermination hearings and appeals of denials of applications for asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture.
