
Bio
Melissa May is a Litigation Associate in the Firm’s Corporate Governance and Shareholder Rights practice group.
Ms. May began her career at major financial institutions in the United States and abroad and later gained experience as a paralegal on complex class actions and multidistrict litigations. During law school, she completed a prestigious externship with the Delaware Court of Chancery, where she worked on corporate governance disputes and complex litigation under Delaware law. After joining the Firm, Ms. May has supported similarly complex and significant matters and recoveries, including In re Facebook, Inc. Shareholder Litigation, which resulted in a historic $190 million mid-trial settlement following the first Caremark claim to proceed to trial.
