
Bio
Nathan Eichten is an Associate in Scott+Scott’s New York office.
While at The George Washington University Law School, Mr. Eichten was a member of the Federal Communications Law Journal, where he published his student note regarding the historical causes of market consolidation in the telecommunications industry.
Prior to joining Scott+Scott, Mr. Eichten interned with the United States Department of Justice Antitrust Division’s Washington Criminal Section, the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition, and BoiesBattin LLP’s antitrust class action litigation team. Outside of the office, Mr. Eichten is an avid skier, trivia enthusiast, and hiker.
