
Bio
Nga Cunningham focuses on complex antitrust litigation and class actions. Ms. Cunningham is an attorney in Scott+Scott’s San Diego office. While at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, Ms. Cunningham was a member of Law Review and helped publish several notes. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Cunningham worked full time while attending UCSD. Prior to joining Scott+Scott, Ms. Cunningham represented indigent defendants in California criminal courts in jury trial cases. Outside of the office, Ms. Cunningham does pro bono work with indigent immigrants. She also enjoys working in the garden with succulents and vegetables.
