Nicolas Apter-Vidler is an attorney in Scott+Scott’s New York office where he focuses on securities class action litigation.
Prior to joining Scott+Scott, Mr. Apter-Vidler represented institutional investors in securities class actions at Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP. Earlier in his career, Mr. Apter-Vidler practiced at Morrison & Foerster, LLP, focusing on commercial litigation, arbitration, and internal investigations for financial and private equity clients.
Outside of the office, Mr. Apter-Vidler is an avid Knicks fan
