Samara Trilling

Bio

Samara Trilling is an Associate in Scott+Scott’s New York office.

While at Harvard, Ms. Trilling was the President of the Law and Political Economy Association and Vice President of the Antitrust Association. She received the Best Brief award for Legal Research and Writing, the Trial LawHER Scholarship for rising trial attorneys, and the ABA Harvey Saferstein Consumer Protection Essay Prize for her essay on fairness in AI lending algorithms.

Prior to attending Harvard, Ms. Trilling worked as a software engineer at several large tech companies. She also received an Aspen Institute fellowship to write AI policy recommendations.

Prior to joining Scott+Scott, Ms. Trilling interned with the United States Department of Justice Antitrust Division’s Technology and Digital Platforms Section and DiCello Levitt LLP’s New York antitrust team.

Outside of the office, Ms. Trilling loves hiking, gardening, playing guitar, and hosting dinner parties.
