Zachary Kranc is an attorney in Scott+Scott’s Connecticut office.
While at the University of Connecticut School of Law, Mr. Kranc served as an Executive Editor for the Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal, was elected treasurer of the Jewish Law Students’ Association and the Human Rights Law Association and successfully represented clients in the Asylum and Human Rights Clinic.
Mr. Kranc’s practice focuses on complex antitrust litigation and class actions. Mr. Kranc acts for Scott+Scott on behalf of ranchers and live cattle futures traders in In re Cattle and Beef Antitrust Litig., No. 0:22-md-03031 (D. Minn.), where Scott+Scott serves as co-lead counsel. He also represents dairy farmers accusing Dairy Farmers of America of anticompetitive conduct in the Southwest. Othart Dairy Farms, LLC. v. Dairy Farmers of America, Inc., No. 22-cv-00251-MIS-DLM (D.N.M.). In addition to these matters, Mr. Kranc represents individuals and entities alleging monopolization of health services markets in the state of Connecticut. Brown v.
