A securities class action has been filed against Autodesk, Inc. (ADSK) n behalf of purchasers of the securities of Autodesk between June 1, 2023 through April 16, 2024.  This case has been filed in the USDC – N.D.CA.

According to the lawsuit, defendants throughout the Class Period made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) Autodesk, Inc. lacked adequate internal controls as a result of issues with its free cash flow and non-GAAP operating margin practices; and (2) as a result, defendants’ statements about its business, operations, and prospects were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all times. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.
