BIO:
Stefan Campmans is counsel in the Firm’s Amsterdam office. He specializes in collective actions, competition damages claims and other complex commercial litigation. Stefan has extensive experience in litigation and resolving cross-border disputes.
Before joining Scott+Scott, Stefan worked for over eight years in the corporate and commercial litigation department at bureau Brandeis.

- Representing harmed companies in a cartel damages claim against truck manufacturers
- Representing a shareholder in a joint venture dispute
- Representing a multinational company in summary proceedings against its international distributor for IP infringement
- Representing a family company in various civil proceedings following embezzlement
- Representing a multinational company in NAI arbitration proceedings following financial malfeasance at a subsidiary

ADMISSIONS:
Stefan Campmans is admitted to the Dutch bar and has registered a specialization in litigation. On the basis of the registration, it is required to obtain 10 training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
