Mr. Huffman is a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate Governance and Shareholder Rights Practice Group.

Mr. Huffman is a seasoned litigator with significant trial experience and a proven track record of achieving unprecedent results in shareholder class and derivative actions.  For example, Mr. Huffman was co-lead counsel in In re Facebook, Inc. S’holder Litig., which brought claims against Mark Zuckerberg, Sheryl Sandberg, and other Facebook fiduciaries in connection with the Cambridge Analytica scandal. This was the first Caremark case to ever go to trial, with Mr. Huffman and his colleagues achieving a historic mid-trial settlement. Mr. Huffman was also a member of the lead counsel group and trial team in In re Dole Food Co., Inc. S’holder Litig., where the Delaware Court of Chancery awarded over $148 million damages, making it the largest monetary judgment ever levied corporate director in the history of that court.

Mr. Huffman is also actively involved legal having education, having taught courses and lectured on shareholder litigation and investor rights at several top universities.
