Co-Lead Counsel Appointment in Frozen Potato Antitrust Suit

We are pleased to announce that Judge Jeffrey I. Cummings of the United States District Court of the Northern District of Illinois this week appointed Scott+Scott as Interim Co-Lead Counsel of a proposed class of direct purchasers in the antitrust class action In re Frozen Potato Products Antitrust Litigation. The lawsuit, filed by Scott+Scott, along with co-counsel, alleges that the largest processors of frozen potato products in the U.S., including Lamb Weston Holdings Inc., McCain Foods USA, Inc., J.R. Simplot Co., and Cavendish Farms, Inc. have conspired to artificially inflate prices causing a more than 40% cost increase for purchasers.
